Regarding the request for additional funding for PSNI, could you clarify where your response stands and when the Executive might expect to receive it from you and others? Additionally will the response be as ambitious as you hope and will it result in the recovery of neighbourhood policing numbers to the levels we desire and expect? Finally, is the plan to go multi-annual thus allowing you to look ahead to address long term policing needs?
