PSNI understand the sensitivities around Stop and Search powers and we endeavour to use these powers within the appropriate legal framework in order to Keep People Safe. We have appealed Lord Chief Justice Treacy’s decision in this matter. The hearing is listed for hearing on 7 June 2019.
