It is critical to dismantle rather than disrupt paramiltary operations and there are mechanisms in place to allow assets to be seized. Can I have an understanding of PSNI capacity to utilise the legislative tools available (such as Unexplained Wealth Orders) to tackle these organisations and whether there is a resourcing issue which is inhibiting progress?
