Given the recent rise in hate crimes, what assurances can the Chief Constable offer regarding the police response and what improvements have been made to the PSNI's control strategy to ensure that these racist perpetrators are held accountable. Additionally how has the cut in officer numbers at neighbourhood level undermined your capacity to actually address these issues?
