On budget coming here and going elsewhere can you expand on this? Also the HMIC report talks about budget and 3 year planning - how much progress has been made on this recommendation since our last meeting?. Additionally having discussed the pay award for this year but no provision as yet for this in next year's budget could you expand on what this means going forward? And finally does the Police College have the capacity to deal with the sort of numbers you have talked about recruiting and what sort of support/implementation is available to officers as they go through training?
