The Board and PSNI Senior Executive Team have given a commitment to Neighbourhood Policing, and I am increasingly hearing about the frustration of Neighbourhood teams and communities as they are being removed to work in other areas of policing. What processes are in place to monitor the level of extraction of these teams and will this issue come under an operational review?
