Given the implications of the change in the threat level from "Substantial" to "Severe" it was noted this would include transferring resources from the mainstream grant to the Additional Security Fund. What assessment have you made of the consequences of reductions in the mainstream fund for normal policing services? Supplementary - are there any provisions for the Presidential visit?
